With the integration, Rechat will provide Canva directly with brokerage listing details, making the creation of marketing materials for agents and properties on the platform seamless.

AI-powered unified operating system Rechat and visual communication platform Canva have partnered to launch a new integration, the companies have told Inman exclusively.

With the integration, Rechat will provide Canva directly with brokerage listing data, including photography, property descriptions and agent details, making the creation of marketing materials for agents and properties on the platform much more seamless. Likewise, agents and teams will be able to send their Canva designs from the platform directly to Rechat.

To start, agents simply need to download the Rechat app within Canva and grant Canva access to their listings within Rechat.

“Real estate professionals need to move at the speed of the market without sacrificing quality,” Chris Hadges, head of Canva for real estate, said in a statement. “By integrating with Rechat, we are empowering agents to turn live property data into polished, on-brand marketing materials in minutes. This partnership brings together Rechat’s deep understanding of real estate workflows with Canva’s world class design infrastructure.”

The integration pairs Rechat’s AI-powered marketing automation with Canva’s visual AI tools, allowing agents and teams to create branded marketing materials quickly and easily. Immediately after an agent’s listing enters the MLS, brand-aligned designs will be created in Rechat. Then, all property details and photos can be instantly transferred to Canva where all of Canva’s marketing tools may be accessed while retaining brand compliance on creations.

“This is about removing friction from the creative process and meeting agents where they want to work,” Rechat CEO and founder Shayan Hamidi said in a statement. “By allowing our users to send Rechat’s listing data directly into Canva, we’re giving them the ability to create high quality marketing assets instantly.”

The integration’s brand integrity capabilities will also provide agents and brokerage leaders peace of mind, Rechat Vice President of Strategic Growth and Communications Audie Chamberlain said in a statement.

“Brokerages need enterprise design capabilities that match the sophistication of their brand while remaining accessible to every agent,” he said. “Connecting Canva’s creative tools, already loved by agents and their marketing teams, to our data rich environment means marketing leaders can maintain brand control, while giving agents the freedom to customize and launch their marketing at scale.”

All Rechat brokerage and team clients are now able to access the Canva integration.
