When it comes to selling property online, pictures are one of the most powerful tools at a sellers’ disposal – making the interactive photo carousel on a Feature listing on realestate.com.au invaluable.

As well as including a clickable, rotating image gallery, a Feature listing always appears above all other standard ads on search results pages, making it easier for house hunters to see.

Damien Brooks, State Sales Manager for Victoria at REA Group, says Feature listings have many attention-grabbing features which draw traffic.

“A Feature listing includes a highlighted property profile, appearing above all standard listings, and a larger photo of the property, as well as the interactive photo carousel, which appeals to the eye,” he says.

“Being able to scroll through images of a property, right there on the search results, is fantastic, as it’s well documented how integral images are in attracting buyers,” Brooks says.

REA’s own data about the effectiveness of Feature listings proves a picture is indeed worth a thousand words, Brooks says.

“We know Feature property listings receive two times more email enquiries and sell 10% quicker on average than standard listings. In the busy and growing online property market, that’s significant,” he says.

“Choosing a Feature listing is an effective way to get the best results and attract more buyers to your property,” Brooks adds.

Feature listings appear on all mobile, desktop and tablet devices, ensuring it will be seen wherever buyers are looking.

“With the perfect combination of eye-catching position and enhanced features, a Feature listing is a great way to showcase your property and have it stand out.”
